Oliver Teather was really helpful in arranging the home visit to inspect the doors, taking careful note of the problems we were experiencing and ensuring the fitter attending would have the necessary parts to complete the repairs. Phil Griffiths attended promptly at the agreed time and was very helpful in explaining what he found on initial inspection and the required remedial actions. I have been very impressed with the service I received from both Oliver for his excellent communication skills , and Phil who came and serviced all our window and door locks . We originally thought we would need to replace all the locks but after Oliver arranged for Phil to come out and do an inspection we decided to rather book for a full service instead . Oliver arranged a date for Phil to come back , arrived on time and did an amazing job . Our locks are like new . Thank you so much it’s nice to know we can call on you again in the future , you make a good team.

Also please thank Mark - for an excellent installation of our new Starglaze door. His expertise is plain to see and he was very friendly, fitting was seamless & he kept everything tidy which is a big thing these days. Have been a customer on several occasions over the last 20 years -new windows, bifold doors, entrance doors - never a problem. Always receive excellent service from initial enquiry to completion. The staff are friendly, professional and always complete the work to pre agreed timescales. Based on my experience I can definitely recommend. I recently had two windows replaced due to age and general wear and tear. From the time of first visit to completion was approximately 4 weeks with regular updates on progress. Very impressed with the customer focused approach.

We had a door window smashed by a stone at South Kyme Golf club and struggled to find a glazing company to act quickly, as we had an important golf event the following day. All other companies quote two or three weeks. I spoke to Starglaze and explained the urgent situation. They sent a surveyor out straight away, built the window and delivered (by one of the directors!) all on the same day. Five stars isn't enough to reward the amazing service we received from Starglaze, absolutely outstanding, above and beyond. Thank you so much to everyone who made our experience such a great one.

Prompt initial contact. Derek visited us on 02/08-straightforward, no hard sell, good price and no silly haggling. Trevor the surveyor came round on 07/08. Very efficient and gave good advice as to how to configure the windows. Paul and Neil fitted the windows on 22/23 Aug. Very professional, polite ,respectful, and kept everywhere as clean as they could. Windows were finished off well both inside and out. All in all we had new windows in 3 weeks from the initial visit. Starglaze were efficient and delivered exactly what they said they would. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
