Pursue Excellence with Us

If you are a highly motivated person who wants to make tomorrow better than today, and you are happy to challenge yourself to be better and be challenged by others to be better, then we are confident that we are the company for you.

We are proud to have successfully attained Gold Investors in People (IIP) status in October 2022 but we won’t stop there. We are well underway in our Pursuit for Platinum and our next official assessment is in September 2025. Whilst we have come a long way in recent years, we know that we will always need to do more to improve engagement, communication, and empowerment as part of our continuous improvement culture and our goal is to achieve Platinum status in September 2025, joining the 2% of companies who use the IIP framework worldwide who have already achieved this.

At Starglaze, our Drive to Thrive principles are at the heart of everything we do, shaping a workplace where our people can grow, succeed, and make a real impact. These four core principles – Learning & Development, Inform, Empower & Engage, Continuous Improvement, and Reward & Recognition – support our daily focus to make tomorrow better than today, work smart as well as hard, and be effective, efficient, and right the first time.

They are our promise to every employee, ensuring opportunities to develop skills, stay informed, feel valued, and be recognised for contributions. By embracing these principles, we create a positive, forward-thinking environment where everyone can thrive.

At Starglaze, our Family Principles define who we are, how we work, and what we strive for every day. These principles – Our Mission, Our Vision, Our Team Values, Our Leader Values, and Our Daily Focus – are the foundation for developing and maintaining high-performing teams. They guide us in working together effectively, driving success, and creating a workplace where everyone can contribute and grow.

Our mission and vision keep us focused on our goals, our values shape how we collaborate and lead, and our daily focus ensures we continuously improve and strive for excellence. By embracing these principles, we build a strong, united team where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

At Starglaze, we’re proud to be recognised for excellence in both the double glazing industry and our commitment to people. With certifications like BSI and FENSA, you can trust us to consistently deliver high-quality service and products.

Our achievements go beyond this – supporting the local economy by using local suppliers whenever possible. Through our trading name, ‘Sternfenster’, we supply thousands of frames across the UK, all manufactured in our cutting-edge Lincoln factory.

Operating from an impressive 80,000 square feet state-of-the-art factory, we supply top-quality windows and doors nationwide. We were also the first UK fabricator to adopt a seamless welder from Graf Synergy, revolutionising uPVC manufacturing.
